5. Payment

6. Limitation of Liability

Simglobal is not responsible in the following cases:

  • Customer provides an incorrect email address to receive the eSIM

  • Device does not support eSIM or is network-locked

  • Unstable network signal in areas not covered by the local carrier

  • Incorrect use of installation instructions leading to activation errors
